01. What area do you service?

We serve the New York City area including JFK and LaGuardia Airports. Travel outside the city is available upon request.

02. Do you offer your services to all hospitals and medical centers in NY?

Yes! We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to all hospitals and medical centres in New York and surrounding areas.

03. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. On holidays and special occasions, this policy may vary; please call us to get more details.

04. Where does my driver meet me for my arrival?

Your driver can either meet you outside the waiting area with your name on a sign or in the baggage claim area upon request. Please ask a representative for more information.
