Refund Policy

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services

As Rolux NEMT provides non-emergency medical transportation services, refunds are generally not applicable once a trip has been completed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect pick-up location, significant delay not caused by traffic), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the completed trip. We will review your request and determine if a refund is warranted on a case-by-case basis

Please note:
  • Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds may be subject to a processing fee.
  • Any refunds approved will be credited back to the original payment method.
Online Taxi Booking Services

For online taxi booking services, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Cancellation before driver assignment: If you cancel your booking before a driver is assigned, you will receive a full refund.

Driver no-show: If the driver fails to arrive within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

Technical issues: In the rare event that technical issues on our platform prevent the completion of your booking, you may be eligible for a refund.
